Job Summary:
This position is at our corporate headquarters office located in Atlanta, GA. The selectee will serve as a System Analyst working with functional system design duties that are involved with the development and/or maintenance of one or more complete systems, applications, or equivalent. This position may require 25% travel to our remote offices.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs IT Systems Analysis, requirements clarification, testing, implementation, coordination and maintenance of detailed systems documentation.
Disseminates information from a functional analysis document or equivalent and contributes to an end product of functioning IT program code, required documentation, and possibly training material.
Providing network and system administration in support of continuity of operations activities to include initial triage and incident response to identified outages.
Apply information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices in the delivery of all Information Technology (IT) services.
Providing configuration management, application implementation, server upgrades, software and operating system patches, data backup and restore for the machines and data within area of responsibility.
Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks and protection needs.
Maintaining system architecture and configuration documentation and ensuring that standard operating procedures exist for all significant functional responsibilities.
Provide guidance in implementing Information Technology (IT) security policies and procedures in the development and operation of network systems.
Conduct system security evaluations, audits and reviews.
Develop and implement training on system security policies and procedures for users.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program to cover file backup and recovery, equipment maintenance, and quality control of systems processing and outputs.
Provides functional guidance and customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor Degree or higher from an accredited institution in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management
Possess IT certification other than entry-level (CompTia A+)
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT service support role, team lead or mentor
Experience working with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and SharePoint
Proficiency with LAN/WAN Devices, email, firewalls, wireless connectivity and devices, malware/virus, and TCP/IP Networking, circuits, security systems, and VOIP and/or voice technology.
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance for work associated with Federal government contracts and pass a pre-employment background check.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to draft analytical reports, communicate with management, conduct data collection interviews, and present results, conclusions, and recommendations
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
