This person is focused on providing subject matter expertise and great support to distribution operations across the Kohler Kitchen & Bather Americas network.
This person can work remotely.
Establish working relationships with site level contacts.
Evaluate current gaps and develop future roadmap.
Maintain daily reconciliation of inventory balance between host system (SAP) and WMS (JDA).
Research issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions related to the ongoing inventory reconciliation between physical warehouse, JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP ERP.
Support the on-going maintenance of integration between host system (SAP) and WMS (JDA/Red Prairie).
Determine preferred methods for all elements of inventory control.
Coordinate and provide onsite support for all annual physical inventory counts conducted by KBA Finance & accounting team at major distribution sites.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience within Supply Chain or Operations is required.
Extensive experience with SAP WM, JDA WMS, and/or other tier 1 WMS applications is preferred.
Prior experience in inventory control related roles is preferred.
Understanding of inventory control fundamentals.
Understanding root cause analysis.
Strong relationship building skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically.
