**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills to ensure the smooth running of our workplace.
**Responsibilities:**
- Proficient with Quickbooks
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Maintain office calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Strong calendar management skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Ability to manage a team effectively
