As the Operations Director, you will serve a key role for the organization as a leader, with responsibilities to problem solve and implement processes to provide the highest quality of care to our clients. This role will also be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the daily operations and functions for the company.
Implement, manage and evaluate current operational processes and procedures in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Hire, train and evaluate department staff within budgetary requirements
Oversee core functions including Caregiver staffing and recruitment, customer services and Caregiver credentialing.
Assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.
Develop, write and implement policies and procedures to scale the company
Establish metrics for key areas of measurement within operations and hold teams accountable to achieve or exceed these goals
Establishes a managerial climate that encourages teamwork and promotes collegial collaboration among all team members.
Works well in fast-paced environments.
7+ years of managerial experience required.
Ideal candidate has Home Health Care experience
