As the saying goes, "location is everything." So is true in business, and you understand exactly what that means. You work independently and quick on your feet. You are also used to handling changing priorities with ease. You understand the real estate market and the basic requirements that a high performing retailer would need to find the right location. Victra is Verizon's largest retail partner. We are rapidly growing our network of stores and looking for the Site Selector to help vet the best areas that will draw good visibility, acceptable lease terms, and growth opportunities as we reach our target customers.

You are a collaborative person that isn't afraid to ask tough questions or negotiate through various contracts. In fact, you are motivated by the challenge to get the best out of a situation that will help give the company a better contract in the long-run. We are looking for the Site Selector to also:

Identify and acquire the best available sites for organic growth within an assigned geographic region.
Meet corporate expansion goals
Research the best available sites for relocations to assure performance improvement and quality standards
Negotiate with landlords and brokers. Work on drafting letters of intent insuring contracts are fully executed and prepare renewals of current and expiring leases
Travel to potential organic and relocation sites to guarantee they meet company needs and requirements
Interact with Store Project Managers by effectively communicating on updates, timelines, and deadlines
Act as a mediator between the landlord and the Project Manager when there are construction and leasing issues
Update database on validating site requirements, analyzing and reporting lease obligations, site plan layouts, and developing and implementing territory strategies.
Communicate to Senior Leadership as necessary to update on site selection analysis and conditions of surrounding competition and make long term recommendations for each location
Other job-related duties as assigned

You have excellent communication and commercial real estate negotiating skills. Your background reflects a good sense of exposure to property valuation and basic real estate industry standards and practices. We are also looking for the Site Selector to bring the following:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience is preferred.
Associates Degree with 3-5 years of commercial brokerage experience is also acceptable
Basic understanding of Finance with focus on financial modeling
Continuous knowledge of commercial lease language and its applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective and deep understanding of the English language


Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to sit for long periods of time
