Social Ally is a fast scaling marketing agency based in Scottsdale, AZ that embraces a small agency feel! We are looking for a Creative Director who will be tasked with managing our Creative Team, and is a subject matter expert in storytelling copywriting and will oversee the creative processes for one of our largest accounts (Pure Flix) that serve faith-based communities. This position requires experience managing the production of content across both creative and analytic departments; full-lifecycle.
It will be imperative this role ensures team members work together like a well-oiled machine and are generating exceptional results, while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate for this position will need to ensure full transparency, alignment and open communication is implemented across our internal teams, and will be tasked with reporting back to the CEO and COO of the organization. A fine balance will need to exist between creativity and a numbers-driven approach.
Graphic Design experience is not required, but a plus!

This position entails listening carefully to specific instructions from our client, staying impeccably organized and responsive. You will be leading and directing the creative team, writing content, hands-on, while also leading digital production.

We are looking for a natural Creative Team Leader and who has a strength in storytelling copywriting that engages audiences and produces results. Pure Flix is all about Faith, Family and Fun, so the position requires embracing these principles and familiarity with scripture and relevant trends, religious norms, holidays and practices.
Creativity: Ability to invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages. Need to understand fresh approaches to advertising (outside the box thinking).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze trends, look at new data and keep with the every-changing times of the advertising and marketing world.
Decision-Making Skills: Ability to make decisions on final copy, design, and finished video production after ensuring all aspects of creative are in alignment with the appropriate campaigns.
Interpersonal Skills: Will be expected to report up and meet with the CEO and COO of the organization on a regular basis, while efficiently leading internal team members and effectively cultivating client relationships.
Management Skills: Ability to lead a group of creatives by keeping them on schedule and assisting them in managing their own time in an efficient and scalable manner.
