TravelCar is looking for talented Customer Service/Front counter Agent that will be the face of our company while offering the guest a memorable experience. As a Customer Service/Front counter Agent you are the face of the company and have the privilege to enhance the customer experience during the departure and return of their journey with TravelCar.

Main Role Responsibilities

Check in and check out paid parking and free parking guests coming to our location

Assist guests with luggage as necessary

Engage the customer during every interaction you have with them

Explain and sell additional services meant to enhance the guest experience

Ensure that the quality of the vehicles inside and outside that are dropped off for Free Parking are in line with the Free Parking Program requirements

Take pictures of the inside and outside of the vehicles as needed

Provide our guests with a memorable experience during their arrival and departure at our location by maintaining a positive attitude during every interaction with them

Follow TravelCar policies and service standards to maintain a consistent level of service for the guest.

Communicate proactively and effectively with customers and leadership team in a professional manner

Perform other duties as assigned by the Location Manager

Role Qualifications

College degree highly preferred but not required

Relevant customer facing experience in a fast paced environment. Car rental experience or travel experience highly preferred

Ability to think on your feet

Must have demonstrated in previous experiences the ability to sell products or services.

Must have demonstrated in previous experiences strong problem solving abilities

Must possess a professional presentation

Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills

Must have valid drivers license - A must have requirement for the job

Responsible & reliable

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to stand on your feet for extended period of time and assist our guest in loading their luggage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary $16.00 to $18.00 per hour plus commission
