Community Counseling Center of Ashtabula County has an immediate, full-time position available for a Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Worker responsible for providing Case Management services in our school-based and community-based programs.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive case coordination, assisting youth, adults, and their families with skill building, crisis management, and providing linkages to community resources such as housing, transportation, vocational, medical, and financial services.

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field is required; LSW or experience providing CPST/Case Management services in a Behavioral Health setting is strongly preferred.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, driving infractions within the last three (3) years subject to the Corporation Handbook, and no DUI, drug, theft, or felony charges in the past. Must have reliable transportation and adequate levels of insurance.
