The Sr. Financial Analyst - Indirect Sourcing will collect and analyze relevant data to identify opportunities for cost reductions to help drive spend effectiveness, improvements and create value. This position will provide analysis and recommendations to help support the creation of purchasing category strategies and the implementation of projects that help improve the overall indirect spend effectiveness. This position will have the opportunity to partner on over 20+ indirect spend/global sourcing projects that are projected to target $50 million savings over 5-years. This position will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Operation teams, and corporate functions across all FBHS divisions.
Cleanse and analyze complex data from multiple sources to help identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements and improved efficiencies.
Support enterprise-wide data collection and validation efforts for indirect spend based on the specific project need.
Analyze financial impact and projected savings on a project-to-project basis for specific indirect spend/global sourcing projects.
Partner with finance leads across all FBHS divisions and the Savings Counsel to determine where and how to quantify savings based on specific indirect spend/global sourcing project initiatives.
Track and monitor savings on a month-to-month basis with finance leads in divisions based on specific projects.
Develop actionable insights including recommendations to assist category leaders with strategic decision making.
Support the development of sourcing and negotiation strategies.
Help facilitate RFx, contract process and sourcing initiatives.
Analyze supplier proposals and spend information to further support sourcing strategies.
Monitor compliance of corporate-wide negotiated indirect sourcing agreements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent is required
Minimum of 5-8 years of financial & data analytics experience
1+ year of strategic sourcing or procurement experience is preferred
Skilled in the use of MS Word, with advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions) and PowerPoint; SAP experience is preferred
Must have strong problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data and make recommendations
Possess project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and support global teams in a decentralized environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills
Motivated to grow and preform in a high-performance organization
Flexible, learns quickly and adaptable to changing priorities and demands of the position
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with other team members
Self-starter who is capable of working independently

Able to travel up to 10% is required
