NTI Fiber Optics seeks a determined, solution creating, reliable, well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations and procedures with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, monthly billing and office staff support. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.

Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel and technicians, including filing, billing, travel arrangements, timesheets, and expense reports
  • Manage office personnel & technician’s time & attendance, time off requests and calendar events
  • Order office supplies and equipment as needed or requested
  • Assist with maintaining forms & reviewing records needed for job folders
  • Act as a liaison between the office, corporate, and other company offices to maintain daily communication and assist with projects and/or tasks as needed
  • Plan and coordinate onsite and offsite events for employees and customers
  • Assist and offer general support to office personnel and technicians with daily tasks, including updating spreadsheets, inventory & scheduling
  • Assist with hiring process including scheduling & conducting interviews both on the phone and in person as well as obtaining & completing new hire paperwork
  • Encourage daily routines involving communication, paper work standards & billing progression
  • Track and report on required training & development for technicians & office personnel
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Office Manager Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of previous office management experience
  • Advanced problem resolution and communication skills
  • Expert user with all Microsoft Office products
  • Self-motivated & driven to get results
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Office Manager Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Computer Skills (NetSuite and Nexonia)
  • Experience with scheduling, event planning, and travel arrangements
  • Supply management experience
  • Previous project coordination
