Retail Sales Assistant Location Manager

We are currently seeking an outgoing, ambitious and self-motivated individual to fill a position as a full-time Retail Assistant Location Manager. You will be a role model for your team, teaching and coaching on the sales floor, empowering others to consistently deliver a successful sales solution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partners with Store Manager on leadership and management duties
  • Motivates sales team to meet and exceed key performance objectives that include service and repair metrics, sales and customer service satisfaction and store compliance
  • Meet all monthly personal sales goals
  • Provides continuous training, feedback and coaching to improve individual and store performance
  • Provide quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information
  • Assists with all store functions including training, scheduling, inventory management, cash management, opening and closing duties and all day-to-day store activities
  • Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, subordinates and supervisors
  • Maintain sales floor to company standards including planogram compliance and resets
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures
  • Must stay up to date on the latest technology, devices, pricing and promotions
  • Complete all courses in your curriculum path with the required time frames
  • Stores that are Authorized Service & Repair Centers- Assist in overseeing the daily operations and employees of the Service Center.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or completed GED
  • Minimum 1 year customer service sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule to include days,evenings, weekends & holidays
  • Ability to successfully drive and lead a sales team
  • Ability to thrive in a high energy team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, goal oriented, and highly motivated
  • Strong active-listening and creative problem solving skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
  • Average Annual Compensation including commission is 40k to 50k per year
