Working Carpenter Foreman/Superintendent, Knoxville, TN
Working commercial carpenter foreman qualified to supervise, coordinate and lead crew with knowledge and experience
EXPECTATIONS: Exceed customer expectations through quality, integrity and professionalism.
- Must have 10 years verifiable experience in the field of carpentry/supervision with valid references
- Must be competent in blueprint reading and efficiently delegating tasks to coworkers
- Must be self-motivated/strong leader
- Must be mechanical minded
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have knowledge and experience in all phases of commercial building construction from layout to completion (Including concrete formwork/construction)
- Must be trustworthy and dependable
- Must be able to set anchor bolts, embeds, etc.
- Must have clean record and valid drivers license
- Must be willing to work with own hand tools, along with crew, to achieve task
- Some travel will be required. Most work is in the Knoxville and surrounding counties. Service area is an 80-mile radius of Knoxville.
- Must be able to coordinate day to day tasks with project manager and other subcontractors, verify time sheets, fill out daily reports, as well as pick up and order materials in advance that will be needed to complete task
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekend as required to maintain schedules
