Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Bookkeeper/Office Manager/Admin Assistant for all day-to-day operations as well as bookkeeping duties for the domestic office of an international company.

The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working in a small office environment, has proven experience in accounting, and is reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Daily management of books (A/R and A/P)

- Monthly account reconciliation

- Financial Statements

- Manage purchase orders, contract administration, and company billing

- Reports for insurance and tax audits

- Enter and process bi-weekly payroll

- Follow and update HR policies as necessary

- Onboarding

- Assist in general office administration

- Managing and receiving stock/inventory

- Packaging and shipping

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong team player with positive energy

Physical Requirements:

- Must have the ability to package and prepare shipments

Job Type: Full-time, with training and support as needed

Salary: $18 - 25/hour, no benefits
