VP of Sales needed for Dynamic Wholesale Company in Little Rock. The VP is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activities and business and is focused on strategic, consultative, and relationship-based sales and service. They are responsible for obtaining profitable results and the cultivation of sales opportunities with top-tier accounts to strengthen partnerships. Ability to successfully work and communicate effectively with remote cross-functional teams. A minimum of 8-10+ years of related sales leadership experience with a track record of delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth. Proven leader who understands how to lead and develop a field-based sales driven organization. Exhibits strong leadership and people development skills. Experience and knowledge working in Home Interiors or Furniture Categories would be a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.
