The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.

The Forum’s Center for Global Industries provides a platform to the world’s leading industry communities to shape the Industry Agenda and advance public-private cooperation.

The successful candidate for this role will support the Infrastructure and Urban Development (IU) community and the Long-term Investing, Infrastructure and Development System Initiative (LTIID) to source a pipeline and portfolio of activities aligned with the priorities of these key communities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manages a portfolio of external activities and projects aligned with the strategic priorities set out by the IU community’s CEOs and the Stewards of the LTIID System,
Works with a wide range of stakeholders, including governments, industry, international organizations, civil society, and academia, to identify and manage a pipeline of projects
On-boards and supports partner activities onto the Forum platform, leveraging the capabilities and benefits of the Forum including networks, events and media
Day-to-day management of joint ventures with institutionally important partners
Ensures that constituents are informed of opportunities, benefits, standard practices and guidelines for sharing, establishing and running collaborative projects
Works closely with community management leads and the Head of the Infrastructure and Development System Initiative to share and communicate key opportunities, developments, milestones and successes relating to partner projects, as well as to identify opportunities where the Forum may accelerate and/or amplify activities of key stakeholders
Ensures community engagement and quality control of activities on an ongoing basis
Works with media, social media, and event programming teams to enable visibility of relevant community member activities
Qualifications and Skills

5-7 years work experience in business, strategy consulting, journalism, academia, international organizations or government
Masters Degree from a recognized University
Strong understanding of the Infrastructure and Urban Development community, including Engineering & Construction and Real Estate companies, is mandatory
Proven interest in global affairs or public interest
Strategic thinking with ability to identify trends and patterns of transformation, as well as the organizations that are driving industry transformation
Demonstrated ability to cultivate communities and identify common interests among community members
Strong interpersonal skills and contextual and emotional intelligence
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
