What You’ll Do
In order to deliver our exceptional services, we need a team of dedicated, hard-working Outside Sales Representatives that know the community they support! That’s where you come in!
Our Sales Team work closely with the SMB market and Channel partners to uncover the relationship between their IT needs and CompuCom.
Tenaciously drive new business by working with internal leads and those you generate from demand generation activity, networking, and referrals
Work closely with the local Channel partners to build the funnel and expand relationships
Commit to having productive meetings, prospecting calls, and presentations every time
Stay current on CompuCom products and services, market trends, and what’s happening in your community

Who You’ll Work With
As a CompuCom Outside Sales Rep, you’ll play a crucial role in selling our IT services and solutions on the ground floor. You’ll work to build local brand and foster new leads within the local community. You’ll drive sales activities in your territory that includes direct and indirect campaigns.
You’ll work with local business owners, IT Managers, and key decision makers to sell the value of our unparalleled services and solutions. Internally, you’ll partner with marketing to build our brand, our delivery team to meet customers’ IT needs, and our leadership team.
Who You Are
A Little Experienced.
Currently have 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably sales to SMB customers
Solid experience and/or understanding of IT services and products
Channel experience is a plus
Relatable and responsible when interacting with business owners, technical resources, managers, and Channel partners
Ability to launch a variety of outbound sales and marketing activities
Sell the team. Sell the services.
Able to transform technical IT solutions lingo into terms everyone understands
Hunter with impeccable follow-through to see an entire sales cycle
Will make a plan, keep it organized, and deliver on it with precise attention to detail
Insatiable desire for knowledge, independence, and success
