The Land Surveyor provides professional land surveying services for various projects.
Assemble field data, perform survey calculations, and prepare legal descriptions
Manage operations of field crews
Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work
Prepare and monitor project budgets and billing
Responsible for client management on projects
Business development for discipline in market
Ability to travel
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional Land Surveyor License – Pennsylvania
6+ years of surveying experience
Ohio registration a plus
SUE experience a plus
Work is performed within a general office environment 50% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
