Overview The Sales Associate position is a competitive entry level training program where young business professionals looking to succeed in outside sales, can gain experience. The position is strictly a growth oriented role with upward mobility. As you develop your sales techniques, you will gain responsibility including developing new relationships and maintaining current accounts. The trainee should be promoted to an Account Development Representative within 6-12 months.

  • Schedule 10-15 post-sale end-user customer appointments per week by working with sales reps in the office on recently closed business
  • Setting up 2-3 additional product tests or demo’s per week
  • Train end-user customers on set-up, use and functionality of their ergonomic solutions
  • Completing sales activity and opportunity reports as well as maintaining CRM
  • Customer presentations for current customers interested in additional product information
  • Completing sales order paperwork, installation assistance and general customer service
  • Learn and gain a strong understanding of all of Humanscale’s products
  • Effectively work with other Humanscale sales personnel, such as Sales Management, Sales Representatives, A&D Representatives, as well as our dealer representatives.
  • Attend customer product installations and assist with ergonomic tool set-up

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field requires
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships
  • Must have a desire to get into Outside Sales
  • Great Presentation Skills
  • Candidate must have dependable transportation, with a valid driver’s license, and auto-insurance
