ProSphere is offering a free 90-day paid training for entry-level Help Desk Analyst Trainee positions. This offer is available to military veterans only who are able to work in Barbourville, Kentucky. A one day orientation will be completed on-site. This IT Training will be completed virtually.

The Help Desk Analyst provides customer support, service and technical support through analysis and problem resolving to enable installation, maintenance, education, implementation and documentation of a variety of software and hardware technologies using remote communication or via phone to the client or the end user.
ProSphere offers an opportunity to learn and gain the skills to enter the rapidly growing Information Technology field. In order to build a pool of Help Desk Analyst certified candidates, ProSphere is looking for veterans to complete CompTIA training & Certification Testing.

This is a temporary, part-time position which, upon successful completion, may lead to a future career opportunity as a Customer Service Technician with ProSphere on-site at our Barbourville, KY location.
Attend orientation session at a designated area in Eastern Kentucky.
Complete a prescribed series of online courses, quizzes, hands-on training sessions, over a period of 3 months.
Use multiple e-book resources to learn new skills.
Supplement self-paced learning with access to a virtual community and in-person access to subject matter experts (SMEs).
Take & pass a predetermined CompTIA Certification test.
High School Diploma or GED
Must be a Veteran who served in the active U.S. military, naval, or air service and can provide copy of Form DD 214
Working knowledge of Information Technology
Familiarity with Computers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and possess desire to learn
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 5-20 lbs.
