Title: Administrative Professional - Journeyman EPASS Armament (Part Time)
Job Location: Fort Walton Beach Florida

Job Description:
PRIMARY FUNCTION(S)
Shall provide support, knowledge and experience in administrative services including: preparing reports, papers and briefings IAW AFH 33-337 and AFMC communications policies and templates; preparing correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326; maintaining appointment calendars and conference room schedules; scheduling meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside the immediate office; answering telephones, forwarding messages, and providing responses to routine queries.

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prepare reports, papers and briefings IAW AFH 33-337 and AFMC communications policies and templates.
Prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326.
Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules
Schedule meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside the immediate office
Answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries
Execute Travel Clerk and Defense Travel System functions on behalf of traveler IAW the Defense Travel Administrator’s Manual
Coordinate, consolidate, analyze, distribute and monitor action items, suspenses and responses
Provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures
Prepare and update program office file management documents
Prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings
Manage organization workflow

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
Active Secret Clearance
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical personnel
AA/AS plus 10 years relevant experience OR BS plus 5 years relevant experience
