We have an immediate need in the Dallas area for an energetic, forward thinking individual to join our team and fill a full-time Brand Ambassador / Event Assistant position. Our approach revolves around promoting our non-profit partners' messages through interactive, hands-on community outreach events.
The Brand Ambassador / Event Assistant should be outgoing and self-driven; they must be driven to win, but know how to have fun and be comfortable engaging consumers in both group and one-on-one settings. The Marketing Brand Ambassador position involves hands-on training with all the following; the creation and development of fundraising campaigns, the set up/displays/merchandise, the execution / presenting our charity partners’ message to the community, and reporting back the results.
Brand Ambassador / Event Assistant Responsibilities:
- Attend daily in-office meetings to cover client needs and benchmark goals
- Working with other members of the team as well as leadership and management to ensure all duties and responsibilities of the role are understood and completed.
- Attending events where you are able to interact with members of the community to inform and educate them on the non-profit you are aimed at promoting
- Conducting presentations to various members of the community and answering any questions they may have regarding the charity.
- Use sales techniques to generate community awareness and support, both monetary, in the form of donations, and others.
- Setting up continued communication with donors so that they may stay updated on the progress of the program.
- Participating in an upbeat, team environment and receiving assistance from other team members when needed while also providing assistance to those that need it as well.
Brand Ambassador / Event Assistant Requirements:
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent or a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience working in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales position preferred
- A resilient attitude and a willingness to learn something new.
- A passion for working with people and the ability to publicly speak in front of large and small groups.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- A drive to grow within an organization and be a leader.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
