Test and Evaluation Analyst II
SEG is seeking someone to support Code 204 at Port Hueneme Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, CA. SEG is currently the prime contractor supporting the Advanced Radar In-Service support contract at Navy Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme (NSWC PHD). This effort is to establish a technical infrastructure to oversee the fielding and readiness of Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA) radars in surface Navy. This fundamentally new architecture (for surface Navy) is represented by the Dual-Band Radar (DBR) on an aircraft carrier, the Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR, AN/SPY-6) on Flight III Destroyers, and the Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR)-and AMDR variant in two different configurations) on aircraft carriers, amphibious ships and future frigates.

Systems Engineering Group, Inc. (SEG) has a job opening for a full-time analyst to directly support Code 204 at Port Hueneme Naval Surface warfare Center in Port Hueneme, CA. This person will help with System Test and Evaluation schedules, attend meetings and directly support the Test and Evaluation program manager. SEG is seeking enthusiastic candidates wanting a challenging career with good growth opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
Working in a team environment for Code 204
Supporting NSWC Port Hueneme Test and Evaluation (T&E)
Developing test schedules
Directly supporting the T&E Program Manager
Planning, Coordinating multi organization meetings at Port Hueneme
Planning weekly meetings
Tracking qualifications of T&E Staff
Working as a project manager for T&E events
Keeping the T&E managers on track in their daily execution
EDUCATION: Bachelors in any Engineering discipline
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Ability to work well with a team
Use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to perform administrative support duties
Ability to maintain schedules for programs and personnel
Ability to perform occasional travel
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance, desired.
2 years’ experience working in a related field
Business Management experience
DoD Engineering Support Services Experience
Familiarity with NSWC Port Hueneme
Willingness to adapt as potential job evolves to include new roles
