Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern US Territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instrumentation sales, specializing in the Emissions market and demonstrate exceptional skills in territory management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth through effective sales techniques and foster relationships with clients across various sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
Ensures all sales leads are contacted within 3 business days or less.
Develops product and application knowledge to effectively perform product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Completes Department Operational requirements to report his/her activities necessary to achieve strategic s target
Determines Customers’ needs, desires, and product pricing:
Maintains relations with customers by customer visits, attending conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
Education and Training: Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical field. Preferred Minimum 5 years equivalent experience in the field of engines, boilers, furnaces or related equipment acceptable in lieu of degree,

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
