Overview
We are seeking an Attorney with 0 to 4 years experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background and be passionate about providing high-quality legal services in the areas of family law, adoptions, consumer, bankruptcy, real estate, estate planning.
Responsibilities
- Litigate on behalf of clients in various state court legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Manage and maintain case files
Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the state bar and in good standing
- Proven experience working in a law office or similar legal environment - preferred- Previous experience in litigation - preferred
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with legal drafting and administrative tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
