The Regional Residential Construction Manager supervises Construction Managers projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.

What you'll do:
Oversees a team of Construction Managers within a specific region
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
Approves work plans and staffing plans for each phase of project, and arranges for
recruitment or assignment of project personnel
Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans
as required.
Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

What you'll need:
6+ years in the rehab/flip field
Bachelor's Degree required; Construction Management degree is a big plus
3+ years in a management role overseeing a team of PMs
Knowledge of basic home construction
Strong communication skills
Ability to work at a fast pace under minimal supervision
Understanding of the local market
