Front Office Clerk / Customer Service

The position is full time Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm. We offer Medical and 401K benefits. Please submit your current resume along with a cover letter.

The candidate must possess the following:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

  • Answering/Directing traffic on Multi Phone System
  • Organize Daily/Weekly/Monthly Task
  • Communicating with our Vendors and Customers
  • Scheduling Jobs, Vendors, & Technicians
  • Preparing Job/Project Documents for Technicians and/or Company Presentations
  • Organizing Job/Project Task, Documents, & Communications
