We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our Jet Charter sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in Jet Charter Sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies
- Lead negotiations with key clients and partners
- P&L ownership and responsability
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and outside sales in the Aviation Industry
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and market data to make informed decisions
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Minimum of 4 years in Private Jet Charter.
