This Company is seeking responsible front desk receptionist for handling busy front desk reception area and all administrative duties as required. Greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail. Duties will also include but are not limited to scheduling meetings, travel for executives, preparing monthly reports, and PO entries. Must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Outlook, copier, fax, etc.) a must.
