How you'll have an impact at Paula's Choice: As a Project Manager, Amazon Supply Chain you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory compliance for Amazon B2B sales. You will be expected to execute cross-functional activities, and ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed-upon scope. This will be a hands-on role with responsibilities such as placing purchase orders, inventory movements, and capacity planning.
This role requires an experienced Project Manager with a passion for managing complex projects in a rapidly growing business. As a member of our team, this role will join a close-knit group of focused individuals with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
As an Project Manager, Amazon Supply Chain, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Lead the planning and implementation for kitting units to ensure Amazon compliance.
- Resolve all timeline issues and negotiate with impacted department(s) to develop tactical risk mitigation plans to bring the project(s) back on track.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Track project status, timely report blockers, and provide recommendations to ensure flow of the project.
- Support operations teams during critical project phases.
- Work with Product Development, Creative, Finance to have clear visibility to deliverables, cost impacts, and revenue risk.
- Partner with Amazon team to ensure timely delivery of compliant product to the fulfillment centers.
- Lead technology discovery into more efficient production capabilities.
- Create and document new processes as required.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
The details:
- Location: Fully remote, U.S. Based Role
- Hours: Typical PST business hours, some flexibility required

What you'll bring to the table:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Demonstrated planning, prioritization, and organization abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, communication skills, and creative problem solving.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite of products.

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:
$75,000 - $85,000 USD/annually
Paula's Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
