We are Captured Photobooths USA, a rapidly growing nationwide photo booth company. We operate in a lot of US major cities, with new locations opening every month. We are offering a unique opportunity to join a fast growing organization.

We have an energetic and fast paced environment that is designed to offer the highest customer service available to our clients.

We are looking for an admin assistant that will work in our Schaumburg office. All the proper training will be provided.

Daily tasks include:

- Answering incoming phone calls

- Responding to emails in a timely manner

- Keep track of inventory in various markets by coordinating with local managers

- Coordinate weekly schedules with local managers and attendants

- Following up with customers to see how their events went

- Offering customers a great customer experience by solving their problems

- Keeping track of weekly events

- Keeping track of employee hours

- Ordering inventory for each city

- Posting ads on social media/craigslist/offerup etc

- Creating and maintaining accounts for ads

- Replying to customers inquiring in a timely manner

- Covering events on the weekend if employee shortage occurs


- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Self starter and exhibit problem solving skills

- Able to efficiently multi-task

- Strong Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Google Drive

- Must have valid drivers license

- Must have reliable transportation


$12/hour - $15/hour
