We seek a full-time, sales savvy E-Commerce Sales Manager, looking to manage and grow our Internet Sales/E-commerce department. With outstanding management and foresight, bring in new clients, as well as build repeat clients in the process. During this journey, you will be responsible for the following:
~Hire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of your team of sales professionals.
~Review the communications between internet leads and sales staff, for etiquette, skill,
accuracy, and ensuring communications are productive for both the client and
~Audit websites and lead providers to ensure functionality.
~Natural ability to communicate with, train, and motivate people.
~Maintain a daily log of all sales activities.
~Ensure timely and proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing,
implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
~Manage and maintain high rated customer reviews.
~Work with staff on programs that will increase gross profit and F&I penetration.
~Maintain a follow up system for clients that have purchased a vehicle already.
~Ensure that staff understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
~Maintains and expects a teamwork mentality in a client-focused sales environment.
~Proven efficiency and literacy with client communication. (Emails, calls, etc.)
~Utilization of dealership software to provide the clients of our business the best
~Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management within the regular
course of business.
~Ability to quickly gain an in depth and ongoing knowledge of vehicles and products.
~Regular upkeep of product and brand certifications as required by the factory.
~Working in a way that keeps you, the department and the dealership in compliance with state
and federal laws, as well as company policy.
~Support and abide by company policies and procedures at all times.
~Constantly strive to elevate the client experience.
~2+ Years’ experience in automotive e-commerce/internet sales management.
~Strong, proven sales skills.
~Excellent public relations skills.
~Strong team building and training skills.
~Excellent supervisory/managerial skills.
~Mental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve
~Ability to multi-task.
~Ability to review, interpret and capitalize on automotive industry trends.
~Ability to work alone, self-motivate and manage one’s own time.
~Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
~Ability and eagerness to work retail hours that include weekends and evenings.
~Organized and extremely detail oriented.
~Authorization to work in the United States.
~Ability to pass drug and background checks.
