AAA Carolinas is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to help drive engagement of our 2.1MM members across our digital marketing platforms. This person should be well versed in marketing analytics and embrace and champion a “customer first, data driven” approach. KPIs will be clearly defined and tracked and communicated to the organization. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Director and will interface frequently with our CMO.

This role requires a passion for problem solving, a strength in analyzing data to identify opportunities, and a dissatisfaction with the status quo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide leadership on web analytics
Leverage Google Analytics and Google Tag manager to properly track, attribute and report on consumer browsing behavior;
Analysis of online and offline campaigns to provide key insight to marketing leaders;
Traffic and engagement analysis on our member-centric platforms including email, mobile app, discounts portal and third-party resources
Serve as Sr Manager, LOB Marketing to drive sales performance of retail locations through various marketing initiatives
Work with web development team to update, improve and enhance tracking mechanisms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) to ensure data is tracked properly
Analyze and report on user's digital customer journey through our website, which include, but not limited to, clicks, page views, heat maps, time on site, bounce rates, conversions, transactions, attribution, etc.
Report on email marketing and digital advertising performance including engagement, conversion and ROI metrics.
Prepare site analytics, which involves managing the day to day numbers and performing QA to ensure performance is accurate.
Dive deep into web analytics to develop insights and recommendations that lead to improved website conversion rates, page speed, time on site, bounce rate, retention, and overall business performance.
Develop standardized marketing reports that help the organization understand customer behavior and business results against top KPIs.
Use customer data to understand our customers browsing behaviors and recommending audience segments to connect with members and prospects at the right time with relevant content.
Work with and support your marketing colleagues with analytic needs to maximize our marketing dollars and our website experience and drive our overall business.
Perform cross-category analytics including digital and offline media, website experience, CRM and sales data to create a holistic view of the both our customers and our business.
Assist the digital team with campaign support as needed
WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or Mathematics
1-3+ years of web and digital analytics experience,
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. Excel expertise is a must.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Demonstrated experience in developing reports, analyses and insights that drove measurable improvement in digital KPIs and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
SQL, PowerBI and Google Ads
B2C experience

Development of digital marketing performance reporting for quarterly distribution by end of Q2

This position involves sitting, standing, walking and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing lifting, and carrying typical office equipment, averaging 5 to 10 pounds in weight
