Prep Cook

The Prep Cook plays a critical role in our restaurant operations as you have the responsibility to prepare the majority of the foods our guests will enjoy. Essential functions of the job include:

  • Prepare food products using food processor, steam-jacketed kettle, steamer, microwave ovens, electric mixer, can opener, knives, etc.
  • Follow all recipes and procedures for food products
  • Utilize prep charts to determine quantities of food to prepare
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures
  • Clean and sanitize all prep tools and equipment using proper cleaning materials and products
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Buffet Attendant

The Buffet Attendant ensures our guests are provided fresh, great-tasting food. This role requires you to be very attentive with great time management skills along with the ability to communicate with other areas of the restaurant. Essential functions of the job include:

  • Work as a team with others to ensure a clean and quality buffet
  • Serve food at proper temperatures
  • Replace low or empty containers on the buffet with clean containers full of fresh products
  • Follow all recipes and procedures

Server

Our Servers have the opportunity to make a great impression on every Guest by ensuring their food is prepared correctly, served timely, and done with a positive presentation. Essential functions of the job include:

  • Greeting guests and explaining the service system
  • Deliver beverages and other foods products to their table in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food products and quickly remedy any issues
  • Promptly removed used dishes and silverware
  • Maintain clean tables, seats, and condiment supplies

Broiler Cook

The Broiler Cook is the leader of our production team. This position is responsible for coordinating the teamwork between the Fry Cook, Assembler, Serves, and Managers to ensure high quality food products to our guests. Essential functions of the job include:

  • Preparing entrees exactly as ordered according to expected time requirements
  • Prepare food products according to recipe, procedure, and as ordered by guests
  • Prepare food products using the broiler, fryers, steamers, convection and microwave ovens

Dishwasher

The dishwasher is a critical part of our restaurant operations. This position is responsible for cleaning, drying, and replenishing the supply of utensils, plates, and cooking instruments for their teammates and customers.

Cashier

The cashier has the opportunity to make a great impression on every customer that enters and exits our restaurant. Cashiers greet and direct customers as they enter the restaurant and promptly help customers pay and exit when finished.
