The Assistant Manager Trainee position supports their Executive Manager and is typically on the front line with their team. The Assistant Manager Trainee leads the team by example in ensuring our clients are represented with professionalism and expertise. When the Assistant Manager Trainee is not on the front line with their team they are supporting their Executive Manager by helping with the behind the scenes duties such as payroll, scheduling, interviewing, recruiting and administration.

A successful Assistant Manager Trainee will be trained and developed to:

Developing a game plan to ensure optimal results for our clients

Prioritizing actions and making sound business decisions

Effectively solving problems by maintaining a solution oriented

Understanding how to assess performance options and driving sales

Holding a high standard for their team and themselves

Managing time, projects, processes and resources to produce desired outcomes

Effective Communication

Obtaining full engagement of our missions and our clients vision

Conveying all important information within a timely manner and to the appropriate department

Tailoring each line of communication so its digestible for that particular department

Leadership and Team Development

Ability to motivate and drive their team to produce top results

Recruiting top talent and retaining these individuals

Strengthening their team by providing constructive criticism and positive feedback

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communications (verbal and written); and excellent customer service skills

Successful candidate should have Bachelor’s degree

1-2 years in customer service, sales, or marketing

Prove to have can do attitude with a high-energy personality

The ability to analyze data and follow through on all plans

Demonstrate the ability to assess if change is needed and the most appropriate way to do so

Occasional overnight travel required; ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for training or meetings.
