As a Financial Analyst for Micron’s Sales organization, you will be responsible for financial analysis and support for various aspects of the Sales team. You will measure business results and prepare accurate forecasts and inputs for the business plan. You will prepare, analyze and present analysis required to support Sales decisions. Your role will require you to be an excellent business partner and share responsibility for internal revenue management.

As a financial analyst you will:
Build the Worldwide Sales budget and report on performance to plan
Assist with Sales Incentive Plan compensation administration
Assist with revenue forecasting and reporting
Responsible for GAAP compliance for sales activities such as sales rebate programs, MFC agreements & price masking activities
Maintain security around revenue reporting cubes
Assist with Executive Reporting including: Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Sales LT Offsite, OEM updates, Quarterly Sales Review and various other executive-level meetings.
Provide ad hoc support of Finance and Sales initiatives

As a financial analyst we are looking for someone with the below skills:
0-5 Years Experience
You have a deep understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, COGNOS skills a plus
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
You are highly motivated
You have proven financial modeling skills
You are capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You are able to work independently with distributed resources and contacts
You have the ability to develop and understand policies, procedures, and department objectives and apply that knowledge when making decisions
You have experience in facilitation
You can act and operate independently with minimal direct supervision
You are organized and have a strong focus on accuracy
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Education:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
