Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Intake Details:
Sessions

There will be 3 sessions throughout the day. You are only required to attend one of them. Please select the session time you will be attending below.
Session 1: 9:00 -10:30 AM
Session 2: 12:00 - 1:30 PM
Session 3: 5:30 - 7:00 PM

Requirements

Must have a H.S. diploma
Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include; nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience handling customer escalations, billing and/or product use questions is preferred.
Experience promoting and/or selling products and services is preferred.
Comfort with technology and how to apply it to solving problems and finding solutions is preferred.
Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Dress code is Business casual (dress pants/skirt, button down/blouse, optional tie).

How to get to the event

Parking may require additional time, so please plan accordingly. Each session will start promptly as advertised. Each session is packed with information, so we don't want you to miss out on anything. Please bring a photo ID to check-in with the security desk. You will also check in with the registration table once you arrive. You will be escorted to the meeting room. (Park on the North Side of the building, the opposite side of the building from Old Time Pottery)
