POSITION TITLE: Kronos Administrator
REPORTS TO: SR Director - Store Operations-Global Workforce Management
The Kronos Administrator is responsible for supporting the WorkForce Management team by providing expert knowledge in the areas of Kronos WorkForce Central configurations and capabilities, developing custom reporting and dashboards using SQL and programming languages, and creating interfaces and look-up tables to support innovation. This position will be responsible for working independently to implement the needs of the Kronos business owners. Knowledge of WFM application database structures, WIM interfaces, and system processes and configuration is necessary.
This position is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functionality and operational health of the Workforce Management System which includes, scheduling, payroll and timekeeping.
Provide custom reporting of Enterprise Workforce Management Solutions
Become familiar with the products and architecture of current Workforce Management vendor offerings (Kronos)
Experience working with multiple teams composed of members from internal customers, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to define metrics and performance goals
Handle technical issues that arise during development and testing
Ensure solutions conform to current industry standards
Extensive experience with MS SQL coding, writing queries and building customized reports
Knowledge of time keeping, labor management and HRIS systems
Experience with large-scale software implementations (Kronos, Workforce, Dayforce or JDA preferred)
Experience in relational databases, database stored procedures and development
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3-5 years’ experience with report and interface building in similar type environment (retail, healthcare, manufacturing, government)
