Performs utilization review on workers’ compensation related prospective, concurrent and retrospective treatment referrals. Uses solid clinical judgment to ensure treatment approved is medically necessary. Forwards treatment requests for physician reviewer that cannot be approved as medically necessary based on application of solid clinical judgment. RN or LVN is required.
Preferred 2-3 years’ clinical experience and or Preferred 1 years’ review experience in healthcare, insurance, utilization management, quality assurance, or other applicable capacity.
Additional experience that is not required but would be a plus: CRM or another computer database. Data entry experience. Medical coding. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other software
Education/Training:. Nursing Degree – ASN, BSN, or other nursing degree. Preference for current Nursing Licensure – LPN/LVN or RN

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $65,557 - $85,000 annually and will be based on a number ofadditional factors, including skills, experience, and education The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
