This position works directly with the CEO, performing a number of administrative duties.


  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Pro
  • Manage supplier accounts
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with staff and the CEO


  • QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office
  • Enjoys acquiring new software skills
  • Takes pride in self-motivation and discipline
  • Professional in appearance and performance
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Known for high integrity
  • 60 wpm
