The Program Manager oversees and manages all aspects of small and large-scale complex projects or programs, such as change in direction, scope, benefits, costs, and timing while minimizing financial risks. The Program Manager will also be tasked with being the responsible owner of specific enterprise-wide processes, providing leadership, structure, and discipline in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure these processes are functioning optimally.
What You’ll Do
Be responsible for project delivery and outcomes through effective project planning, task definition, scope management, resource allocation and negotiation, risk mitigation, cost management, and stakeholder communication to successful completion; be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all defined projects and for management of issues within the projects.
Ensure integration of related projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets based on the needs of the business.
Provide team leadership and creativity in the planning and implementation of the project and assembly of project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate project resources, and provide guidance and direction to project team members.
Manage and communicate inter-project dependencies and issues, coordinating and/or directing the activities of project managers involved in dependent projects as appropriate.
Provide overall guidance/responsibility for development of business case documentation, project justification including return on investments (ROIs,) project plans, meeting coordination, communications, quality assurance reviews, and turnover.
Support the project through optimizing executive leadership and sponsor engagement and serve as the primary interface with the project sponsors in addition to working closely with senior management, various boards and steering committees, and business function managers to ensure the project achieves the intended business results.

Strong collaborative, proactive, and positive working style with a customer service focus.
A detailed understanding of the principles and application of system design, reengineering, project management, quality improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex/technical information in a manner that others can understand.
Flexibility to work remotely and/or travel to client locations as needed with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and handle interruptions to on-going work activities.
