REPORTS TO: Sr Director of Sales for National Accounts – Central Division
ACCOUNTABILITY: Position is to manage day-to-day sales administrative accountabilities supporting all Central Division National Sales personnel.
Supports Sales Staff driving business results and Control & Compliance standards for billing and payments
Monitors, analyzes and communicates business performance results against planned sales targets.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues.
Provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategies
All ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Maintain daily calendar & own the scheduling process for all meetings for assigned manager
Plan & organize meetings and occasional department/team event organization
Coordinate travel as needed (booking flights, hotel bookings, transportation, etc...)
Manage & administer Travel & Entertainment expense reporting and process invoices.
Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure
Travel required-Up to 10%
OPTIMAL PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
3+ years’ experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
Bachelor Degree preferred
Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task - Strong sense of urgency & Attention to Detail
Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills – Sensitivity with handling confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
