SCHEDULE: This position is based on a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; however, based on client needs you will be required to work days, evenings and/or weekends if necessary to complete tasks.

Overview of Position

To assist the Account Executive with various sales functions such as generating proposals and client contracts, daily interaction with vendors confirming availability and pricing of venues, tours etc. and overseeing the day to day administrative needs of the Account Executive.

Skills required

Must be professional, motivated, customer service oriented, well organized and able to multi-task well under pressure. Excellent phone and computer skills and strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Sales Coordinator’s general responsibilities:
Accurate and detailed cost sheets, quotation of services, service agreements and deposit billing invoices
Build strong knowledge of the services Hello Florida! offers
Knowledge of the creative services product
Creating décor and entertainment events and concepts from vendor proposals
Securing space when needed for tours & off-site events
Attend vendor presentations & sites when available
Checking vendor insurance
Available to assist afterhours when needed to complete tasks or assist team
Overseeing the day to day administrative needs of the Account Executive

Special Requirement: Must have valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
