Lionbridge is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO. This is a terrific opportunity for a self-directed EA who thrives in a high-growth organization. We're seeking an EA with experience in global travel coordination and expense reporting. The successful candidate will have a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and previous experience partnering with executives. In addition, we're seeking someone who is always thinking a few steps ahead!

Role:
  • Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as business meetings and outings
  • Manages executive schedule and acts as liaison for executive team
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings
  • Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files
  • Prepares information and research for executive needs
  • Trains, manages, and supervises other administrative staff
Your background:
  • 5+ years in an adminstrative capacity; minimum 2 years supporting an executive (CEO, CFO, etc...);
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with expense reporting software; cuncur ideal;
  • Minimum 2 years experience booking global travel arrangements - airfare, hotel, and ensuring every detail is planned; always having a back-up plan and being prepared for last-moment changes;
  • Previous experience working in a global, fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand;
  • Significant experience organizingand managing schedules, and the needs of busy executives, where it's not uncommon for priorities to change;
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision;
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas;
  • Comfortable in both a supervisory and team-player role with a desire to mentor other administrative staff
