As Product Manager for B2B experience, you will help build the best enterprise functionality in the e-learning industry. As part of this position, you will work with key product, engineering, content, sales, and customer success teams in order to delight our enterprise customers with a robust platform. We want to help our business teams exceed their training goals by providing them with a top-notch platform and content. Your work will help professional students of all levels excel at their jobs, and provide our business customers with exceptional ROI. You will have a direct impact on tens of thousands of students every single month, and you will help build the future of how people learn online.

We are looking for someone with a passion for helping people and building SaaS products. We want a strong Product Manager with problem solving skills, who can drive strategy and work well across many disciplines. We need a team member who can work both strategically and tactically alongside our engineering, sales, customer success, and product teams to act as the voice for our customers and stakeholders. This requires being able to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization including key executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Talk to our customers and turn their needs into product priorities by helping define product strategy
Iterate on our Enterprise Dashboard’s functionality based on customer feedback, your own research, and data from the platform itself
Increase retention by continuously driving team engagement with our content and platform
Help businesses reach and exceed their training goals, and make it easy for them to measure results through the platform and other integrations
Build robust yet flexible functionality for team & organizational management
Expand our platform’s customizability specifically for enterprise customers
Guide the product from concept to design, specification, implementation, and analysis
Work closely with product, engineering, and other teams to build and iterate on product
Expand our enterprise reporting functionality to match our growing content and platform offering
Work with marketing to create launch plans
Deliver an experience that delights our customers

The ideal candidate
Has 5+ years in a Product Management experience in the software industry
Has 2+ years of experience in the e-learning industry, specifically working on Enterprise functionality
Has knowledge of LMS platforms, how to build APIs, and familiarity with SSO
Has experience defining projects including scope, driving requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, and coordinating team efforts
Retains a strong analytical and quantitative skillset with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
Has a strong sense of urgency - you understand what our customers need and you’ll make sure it gets done
Possess experience coordinating product & software development cycles
Has strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break down a technical problem into clear and direct communication
Shows a history of teamwork and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Has the ability to prioritize based on company strategic initiatives as well as most impactful efforts
Demonstrates the ability to conduct user research and to correlate efforts with results
Has worked on consumer-facing products
Has excellent understanding of web development and a keen eye for great UI/UX
Has an attitude of taking ownership and a desire to make an impact in other people’s lives
Demonstrates the ability to manage trade offs
It's a plus if
You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
You have experience building scalable cloud-based systems
You are able to drive user research to build requirements and provide critical feedback to design team
You have experience with A/B testing
You have experience with gamification
You have experience or understanding of educational psychology
You have experience and understanding of xAPI
