Work as an essential part of our Human Resources Team!

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Prepare and process multiple payroll cycles (weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly) and multiple pay methods (hourly, salaried, commission)
  • Manage workflow to ensure accurate and timely processing of all payrolls
  • Calculate deductions for employee benefits and record in payroll system
  • Reconcile benefit deductions to monthly invoices from benefit providers
  • Submit time sensitive 401(k) and HSA deductions to providers
  • Work with department managers to ensure accurate time and attendance records
  • Manage garnishment calculation and processing
  • Book various journal entries associated with payroll processing
  • Research and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
  • Maintain accurate employee data in payroll system for new, existing and former employees
  • Assist employees with questions related to payroll
  • Provide payroll reports and documents as requested

Human Resources Administration

  • Handle all verifications of employment
  • Assist with pre-employment testing and employment processing
  • Assist HR Director and HR Generalist in clerical and administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Two years Payroll experience required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desirable.
