Overview:
We are seeking a driven, professional candidates to join our team for a Hospitality/Office Service Specialist position within a Law Firm environment in downtown Summerlin area. As a Service Specialist, you will work with your team to execute all site operations pertaining to corporate hospitality, print/scan/copy, mail duties and general office services.
Location: Law Firm, Downtown Summerlin area
Schedule: Monday - Friday – no nights, no weekends!
Compensation: 16.00 - 18.00 an hour

Corporate Hospitality - Ensure meeting rooms are clean and available for use when reservations are made with refreshments and food. Keeping kitchens clean and take inventory of supplies for ordering and hourly replenishments

Copy Center - printing, scanning, document layout and quality control

Mail Services - scanning/sorting/delivering mail and packages

Back up Receptionist - coverage for lunches and breaks as needed

Facilities - maintaining floors and appliances throughout the office

Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees

Adhere to all safety procedures

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required

Customer Service Skills a must

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion

Exceptional attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems

Superb time management, prioritizing, problem solving, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Willingness to cross-train for other job function
