We are currently looking for a Test Engineer

Role Summary/Purpose

The Test Engineer will be responsible for developing, procuring, and supporting test systems used in the manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies. These tasks include designing electronic/mechanical UUT interfaces, specifying test instrumentation, and authoring software to automate the test process.

Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Test Engineer, you will:
Develop and improve test solutions for current and future products
Represent production test during new product introductions
Lead efforts to resolve production test issues that occur in manufacturing
Analyze and apply statistical methods to test data for quality improvements
Interface with external resources to design and implement production test systems
Provide a mentoring relationship to other engineers, technicians, and interns

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or college (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 7 years of experience in Manufacturing)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing
Desired Characteristics

Experience with production test of electronic and mechanical product, data acquisition, automation, test hardware, software development, and application design, National Instruments LabVIEW, LabWindows / CVI, TestStand and other NI products
Experience with PCB design, layout, and fabrication, relevant documentation, such as specifications, work instructions, schematics, flow charts, and block diagrams
Knowledge of Database communication, Gas Metering principles; volume, flow, pressure, temperature, pneumatics and hydraulics used in test systems
Knowledge of leak testing of pressure vessels, modeling in SolidWorks or a similar tool
