HR Coordinator- People StrategiesOne of our clients, a software company in Boston, MA, is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team. This position is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, great with people, and has experience with and interest in HR.

Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day and administrative support for the entire People Strategy team (Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development)
Maintaining files of both active and terminated employees
Reaching out as first contact to new employees with on boarding paperwork
Scheduling check-in meetings with new employees to review benefits and FAQ's
Inputting and maintaining accuracy of all data in ADP system for all employees
Creates/types documents in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Creates, runs and distributes reports, as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience working in a similar, cross functional team (internship or co-op experience included)
Working knowledge/experience with ADP comprehensive services
Superior attention to detail, organized planning and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests
Outstanding ability to think proactively and creatively and identify and resolve problems·
Ability to work with a large group and take direction from multiple contacts
Ability to monitor a process and communicate discrepancies to individuals and groups
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with varying levels of people
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Pay: $20-25/hr.
Days/Hours: M-F, 9-5PM
