To act as a key contact when delivering excellent service to clients, setting the pace across the business by meeting revenue and business growth targets and therefore regarded as one of Meet’s best consultants
Consistent contributor to new business opportunities by considering and applying all routes to market and commercial decision making
Develop personal relationships with existing clients to yield repeat business for you and your business unit
Autonomously prioritize own work load, both in terms of personal billing and mentoring
Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic and assisting new member of your team with buddy management
Supports Team Leader through training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values
Developing the skills to mentor and support junior members of staff

We provide a high base salary as well as an uncapped commission scheme ( OTE $85-130k in your first year, $160k+ in year 2.)
