The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop enterprise security software with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.
Lead several cross-functional teams as they design and develop our hybrid cloud identity assurance service, RSA SecurID Access
Responsible for the entire development process; design, development, test, deployment
Responsible for the delivery of high-quality and scalable cloud and on-premise software
Coaching teams through challenging design discussions
Experience managing multiple development teams using Agile/Scrum
Strong experience in coaching and motivating engineers in a fast-paced environment
Experience with test automation and test-driven development
Past programming experience in Java/Cloud technologies
A solid understanding of object-oriented software design principles
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Continuous integration and continuous delivery experience
Azure, AWS cloud service experience
Test Automation, Junit, Selenium Grid Technologies
Agile software development and tools (e.g. Version One, JIRA, Code Collaborator)
